They called looking for someone who was not me. Hard to hear, lots of noise in the background, but caller stated it was imperitive that "I" call her back.

I also recieved a call from a Chris, who quite frankly sounded as if he's reading a scrip. Called the 949 number, did not sound like a legit business since the operator did not introduce the name of the business.

These people just called me at work and said they had a summons for me, and I had 2 hours to call back at David Right (sp?) at Kline (sp?) & Associates or I will get a failure to appear. Is this real? Has anyone had any results from calling or not calling in 2 hours? I don't want to be issued a warrant, but I don't want to be scammed either!
